To make coffee moments perfect in all aspects, De'Longhi also took care of the convenience of using the milk system. The LatteCrema system, when frothing milk, uses only the amount needed to make milk foam, keeping the unused portion in the cup. It can be stored in the refrigerator, thanks to which the milk will always be fresh and properly cooled. To make it easier to keep the milk system clean, the carafe is equipped with an automatic cleaning function integrated into the foam adjustment knob. This function activates a rinse cycle with water and a steam jet, cleaning all the elements used to prepare milk. In addition, the carafe is easy to disassemble (it has only a few parts!), and all parts of the milk container are dishwasher safe, saving time and ensuring that it will be thoroughly cleaned.
