Beurer EM 37 abdominal muscle trainer – For your accompanying training of the central and lateral abdominal muscles
A strong core musculature is not only a basic requirement for a healthy posture, but also ensures an attractive and trained body. It is especially difficult to achieve a tight and well-trained stomach. To make your abdominal training even more effective, the Beurer abdominal belt EM 37 can be used in addition to your fitness training to train the front and side abdominal muscles more precisely.
Abdominal muscle trainer works by electrical muscle stimulation. The muscle stimulator generates gentle electrical impulses that are transmitted through the skin to the muscles. Similar to natural activation by nerve impulses, the muscle fibers contract and relax again when the abdominal belt is used.
Your perfect training companion: As a support for your workout, the abs belt can be the perfect addition to a perfectly shaped body. Electrical muscle stimulation has been used for many years for muscle training in sports and fitness to achieve a strong, lean and attractive body.
Areas of application are, for example:
- warming up the muscles
- muscle and skin tightening
- muscle relaxation
- rehabilitation
