CYBEX Gold Solution G2 Comfort is a safe, comfortable and practical child car seat designed for children of 100–150cm – approximately 3 to 12 years old. This corresponds to the youngest UN R129/04 (i-Size) safety standard and combines improved side impact protection, an adjustable headrest and a particularly convenient folding design.
Improved side impact protection
Linear Side-impact Protection System Plus (LSP System Plus) together with the energy-absorbing seat shell, helps to divert the force of the impact away from the child. CYBEX states that the system is capable of diverting up to 20% more side impact force compared to the same seat without the LSP system.
Adjustable headrest with tilt function
Specially designed reclining headrest helps keep the child's head in the protected headrest area even if the child falls asleep in the car. CYBEX states that in the ADAC side impact test, the head can be in this protection area for up to 7 times safer position than if it is outside the protective zone.
The height of the headrest can be adjusted as the child grows, while the flexible side wings provide extra shoulder space and more comfortable seating.
Adjustable sitting angle
Solution G2 allows you to adjust the seat position with one hand, making it more comfortable for your child to sit on even longer journeys. This is especially useful if your child wants to take a nap during the journey.
Foldable and easy to move
One of the most important advantages of Solution G2 is foldable structure. When folded, the car seat takes up to approximately one third less space, so it is easier to store in the trunk of a car or at home.
With only 5.8 kg weight and an integrated carrying handle, the car seat is easy to move between cars or take with you on a trip.
ISOFIX or car seat belt
The car seat can be used with 3-point car seat belt, while ISOFIX mounts provide additional stability and more convenient installation.
Solution G2 can also be used in cars without ISOFIX - in this case, the seat is secured with the car's 3-point seat belt.
Comfort and ventilation
Integrated into the car seat body 360° ventilation system helps ensure air circulation and a more pleasant microclimate in the seat area. The Comfort version is designed for comfortable everyday use, while the fabric cover is removable and machine washable At 30 °C.
