Well mixed: the planetary mixing system rotates around its axis and at the same time along the edge of the bowl. Thus, the dough is continuously pressed into the middle and optimally kneaded. The sensor ensures a uniform mixing speed even with heavy dough (automatic speed adjustment).
Powerful: whether for egg whites, mixing, short dough, yeast dough or bread dough, each process needs its own speed and intensity. This is why the blender offers 6 power levels plus 1 x pulse function. With a built-in timer for each speed level.
Practical: Accessories include a mixer attachment, as well as a whisk, dough hook and flat beater (all dishwasher safe). The flat mixer is ideal for liquid masses such as cake batter, scrambled eggs and creams. Heavy dough for bread and pizza is handled by the dough hook.
